Education and Hope

Education and Hope was founded on the belief that education is a fundamental human right, and that all the world’s children deserve the chance to be educated. We believe that education is the most effective means to truly break the cycle of poverty. A promise is made to each child welcomed into the scholarship program that we will provide assistance to them for as long as they wish to continue their studies, the only condition being their commitment to success. We are deeply commited to fulfilling that promise.

What's so exciting about this is that Chicago Public Radio redid their website and on the Global Activism front page they used a picture of me and three of my girls! It means so much to me to be connected with their message of local people reaching out to people globally. That's almost more exciting to me than having the interview on their program archives!
